Shoulder Rotations
1. Squeeze glutes/contract ribs down and maintain throughout
2. Exaggerate elbow lock with arms up/back slightly from shoulders throughout
3. Rotate forward and back holding 2 seconds at each end range

BN Press & Stretch
1. Bar on traps w/reverse grip and glutes/abs on
-hands wide, progress in as able
2. Press and hold bar in line w/back of head 2 seconds
3. Push back to end range
4. Hold 2 seconds with glute/ab/elbow tension maintained
