1. Find PEZ set up
-stack body, elbows up
-head relaxed, eyes straight
2. Slow and short(inches) w/dip, maintain stack/head/eyes
3. Pause in dip, then lift chin and hold
4. Stand and throw bar from shoulders w/heel lift
5. Heels/head relax down as elbows lock
