P-bars (shoulder shrugs + support hold)

1) Start in fully locked out support position

2) Tight straight body, head neutral

3) Sink shoulders into ears then push down (ears away from shoulders)

4) Elbows locked out entire set

5) After last rep, hold top position support 

6) Knee bend is ok on low bars/boxes - keep hips stacked under shoulders
