1. Start in full support with 
elbows locked out
2. Open hips (tight straight body
- squeeze butt)
3. Neutral head
4. Control every inch of movement 
5. Minimize lean forward
6. Go to full comfortable depth 
7. Bend knees if needed
 (keep hips open)
