1)Hands shoulder width
2)Feet together
3)Elbows locked out.  Angle created from wrist, not bent elbow
4)Hollow body position throughout
5)Fingers facing outwards 
6)Start with shoulders over hands and rock forward as far as possible before returning back to starting position
