Maltese Push Up (Rings)

1)Rings a few inches off ground
2)Start and finish in hollow plank position
3)Elbows/hands stay close to body
4)Lower body all the way to ground.  Press back to plank never losing hollow/straight body position
5)Can keep elbows bent when on ground at first.  Work towards doing with straight elbows from ground
