Push up + shift

Skill Level: Beginner

Push ups (push up + shifts)

1) Work towards performing 

with feet together
2) Hands shoulder width apart 
(defined as middle finger to 
outside of shoulder)
3) Full body hollow body position 
and elbows locked when shifting
4) Elbows stay close to body 
when working through the 
movement
5) Chest touches the ground 
on each repetition      

6) Shift shoulder over each wrist while actively pushing into the floor
