Reach Backs:

1)Feet together
2)Reach up, then back to ensure 
initiating the arch from the 
shoulders and thoracic area, 
NOT lower back.
3)Squeeze butt throughout to 
maintain uniform arch position
4)Neutral head position
5)Arms shoulder width apart.  
Elbows locked out
