1)Ropes in front of shoulders.

2)Lower from inverted hang to front lever. Palms down.

3)Pull through to level back lever. Hands either internally or externally rotated.

4)Lower as close to horizontal as possible in both end positions.

5)Elbows locked throughout.

6)Wrists neutral or slight false grip.
