2)Pushing down on rings, lift shoulders up slightly and lean into maltese position. Then, press aggressively to extended planche.

3)Strive for perfect horizontal positions on both iron cross, maltese and planche.

4)Head neutral.

5)Elbows locked.

6)Wrists neutral or in slight false grip.
