Sit Up Drill (Boxes)

1)Bench should be few inches lower than boxes.  Hips fit snugly between boxes
2)Sit up aggressively.  As shoulders rise, feet drive towards ground
3)Shoulders finish either stacked over hands or in front of hands
4)Finish standing up or aim to walk out of drill
