Sit Up Drill (Plate)

1)Use evenly raised plates or mats on either side of body. Hips fit snugly between.
3)Hands should hit mid plate when laying flat on back
4)Sit up aggressively.  Hands hit plates as quickly as possible
5)Shoulders finish either stacked over hands or in front of hands
6)Finish in L-Sit if possible
