Ring Turn Over Drill

1)Keep false grip intact.
2)Start with fully locked out elbows when leaning back.
3)Head neutral
4)Rings/hands trace around pec when going through transition.
5)Ring height set so athlete settles into bottom part of dip when finishing transition.
6)Action is slow and controlled.  No hip drive or momentum.
