Muscle Up Drill (Supinated Band Pulls)

1) Attach two bands to bar
2) Lay down in hollow position
3) Start with hands pronated.  During pull hands will turn inward
4) Eyes on toes 
5) Work on different pull variations (pull to chest, ribs and hips)
