Muscle Up

1) Vertical torso throughout
2 )Eye line on horizon
3) Start/finish with locked out elbows
4) Engage false grip to start
5) Elbows/arms in tight to midline on pull
6) As high of a pull as possible before turn over
7) Slow, controlled descent.  Ascent/descent patterns are same
