Ring Dips w/ Tempo Descent

1)Elbows locked and rings externally 
rotated whenever in support position
2)Eye line fixed on horizon throughout
3)Hands and elbows remain close to 
body during action
4)Reach full depth of dip on each rep
5)Keep hip angle open at 180 degrees.  
Straight legs/body is preferred.  
If knees have to be bent, keep hips 
open.
