1. Set the rings up to comfortable bottom dip position with feet on the floor
2. Beging in locked out support
3. Place toes to the floor at the bottom range of the dip
4. Keep pressure on the rings through the negative transition
5. Keep rings close to body 
6. Control all the way down to straight arm position
