Archer Sequence (Low Rings)

1) Adjust height of Ring Thing so that rings slightly below athlete's hips
2) Maintain hollow body position throughout
3) Work towards fully locked out elbows
4) Increase body lean to make exercise more challenging.  Adjust ring height as needed to allow for more extreme positioning
