Pistol Squat

1) Adjust Ring Thing closer to ground.  Should be able to reach full depth in squat with arms extended overhead
2) Head neutral, torso slight lean forward.  Find balance point
3) Supporting leg stays off floor throughout
4) Lighten grip to do more of the work on own
