Ring Thing (Handstand - Using Straps with Spot)

Handstand (Using Straps - Spotted)

1) Spotter stands close to athlete.  One hand on shoulder/back.  Other on shin/quad
2) Athlete starts in tuck.  Extends one leg up to rope for security.  When in place, other leg extends.
3) Push to handstand using feet on straps for assistance.
4) Spotter keeps hands on athletes body throughout exercise
