Hanging Tuck Inversion (Bent arm)

1) Start with arms behind ropes
2) Full pull up prior to creating tuck position
3) Tuck into tight ball.  Duck chin into chest
4) Hips stack over shoulders in finish position
5) Return back through pull up on descent
