Hanging Tuck Inversion (Straight Arm)

1) Start with arms behind rope
2) Elbows locked out and palms forward throughout 
3) Tuck into tight ball.  Duck chin into chest
4) Hips stack over shoulders in ball position
5) Return to hang with control
