Ring Thing (Maltese Cross)

Maltese Cross

1) Starts in support.  Hands/rings externally rotated
2) Shoulders lean.  Work towards horizontal body position.  
3) Lean only as far as elbow lock out will allow.  No elbow bend.
4) Hands in line with hips throughout
5) Legs fully extend, legs and feet tightly together
6) Head is neutral
