Maltese Press to Planche

1) Elbows locked throughout, wrists/rings externally rotated
2) Shoulders lean forward to maltese position
3) Pressure down on rings to press into planche
4) Body rises/lowers horizontally through maltese and planche
5) Legs fully extend, legs and feet tightly together
6) Head neutral
