1) Spotter takes wide stance. Stands close to athlete.
2) Guide partner through entire action
3) One hand shoulder throughout. Second hand will transfer from hamstring to shin depending of direction of body
4) Be ready to assist partners weight back through vertical
5) Assist as much as is needed while athlete is learning
