Front Roll (Bottom Dip)

1) Start in full support. Finish in bottom of dip
2) Body stays in tuck position through roll
3) Pull and turn over must be in sync
4) As shoulders rise, lower body directs toward ground
5) Rings/hands stay close to hips through rolling action
