Front Roll (Tuck Turn Over Drill to Support)

1) Neutral Grip or slight false grip to start
2) Body stays in tuck position throughout
3) Pull and turn over must be in sync
4) As shoulders rise, lower body directs toward ground
5) Pause in bottom of dip prior to push to full support
6) Return to start with control
