Dead Hang to Ball Up

1. Start in fully relaxed hang 
with palms forward
2. Arms locked out
3. Initiate movement by tucking 
knees to chest
4. Stop rotation and hold when 
hips are over shoulders 
5. Control back to dead hang
in full tuck position
