SHOULDER TOUCHES:

1)Hands/body close to wall
2)Head neutral 
3)Shift weight finding balance point
4)Shoulders initiate shift. Rest of 
body follows 
5)Elbow locked out on support arm
6)Work towards feet together.  Start 
with straddle if needed
7)Hand comes off ground with 
control. Touch shoulder with slowly 
and with control.
