Hip Rotation in Squat
From Seated (staring variation)
1. Feet well outside hip width
2. Rotate hip in bringing knee towards floor in front of body
3. Rotate hip out bringing knee to outside of body
4. Allow foot to roll to avoid any strain in the knee
From floor support
1. Arms locked out, butt off floor
2. Feet just outside hip width
3. Rotate hip in bringing knee towards floor in front of body
4. Rotate hip out bringing knee to outside of body
5. Allow foot to roll to avoid any strain in the knee
From Squat
1. Feet hip to shoulder width
2. Maintain upright posture in deep squat
3. Rotate hip in bringing knee towards floor in front of body
4. Rotate hip out bringing knee to outside of body
5. Allow foot to roll to avoid any strain in the knee
