1)Knees locked out
2)Entire foot on box
3)Roll from every segment of spine starting with the neck on the way down , lower back on the way up
4)Once fully upright, extend arms fully overhead (elbows locked, hands externally rotated, and hollow lower back)
5)Return DB back through same action on the descent
6)Action is slow and controlled
