Seated Shoulder Extension Stretch

1)Hands shoulder width apart
2)Elbows locked
3)Scoot feet/hips out, lowering shoulders down towards ground.
4)Go as far as possible to obtain good stretch.  Should not be painful.
5)Be mindful of the elbows as well with this drill
6)Slow and controlled
