1)Knees locked out
2)Entire foot on box
3)Roll from every segment of spine starting with the neck on the way down , lower back on the way up
4)Once fully upright, extend arms fully overhead (elbows fully locked and hollow lower back position)
5)Return plate back through same action on the descent
6)Action is slow and controlled
