Theraband Warm Up (Part 2)

Pull Forward:

   1)Back to upright. Hips/shoulders square.

   2)Elbows locked out

   3)Palms facing forward

   4)Neutral wrist position

   4)Pull forward to shoulder width apart position in front 

      NOTE: After completing reps, arms in line with hips and perform circling actions in both directions w/ elbows locked out.

Crosses:

    1)Stand directly underneath band.  Hips/shoulders square

    2)Elbows locked out

    3)Palms down through pulling action

    4)Full range (hands shoulder width overhead and at hips at completion of pull)

    5)Band should hit side of shoulder on each pull.  Not in front or back.

       NOTE: After completing reps, arms out at horizontal and perform circling actions in both directions w/ elbows locked out. Palms facing down.

Inverts:

     1)Stand on midpoint of band. Hips/shoulders square

     2)Elbows locked out

     3)Palms up throughout

     4)Shoulder angle open to 180 when arms fully overhead

     5)Hands come to shoulder width apart when overhead

           NOTE: After completing reps, arms out at horizontal and perform circling actions in both directions w/ elbows locked out. Palms facing up.
