Wrist Extension Control and Strength - Wall Assisted Tripod To Headstand

- Start in kneeling position, with hands shoulder width
- Place head 6-8" in front of hand alignment close to wall
- Move into tripod
- Slowly extend into headstand position, then lower to tripod start
- Make sure no neck or head pain is felt
