Wrist Extension Mobility - Joint 

- Start on hands and knees
- Place the fingers of the hand being worked towards the inside of the body
- Use other hand to hold down top of wrist and hand
- Slowly lift up on the floor, then rock body weight toward fingers
- Gently rock back and forth 10 times on both sides, making sure no pain is felt on top of wrist
