Box Maltese Hold (Extended)

1)Set up boxes on angle 
2)Arms flat on boxes.  Wrap hands around edge of box3)Elbows locked out
4)Ball up to tuck position and extend body short of vertical (Use spotter if needed)
5)Lower body down as close to horizontal and hold
