Hip Sequence:
1)Push knee over foot keeping heel down
to stretch the ankle
2)Stack knee over ankle and sink down a
deep as possible
3) Lock front knee out, stretch forward
4) Stack front knee over ankle
Grab ankle with slight lean forward
Tight butt
Elevate foot to surface if unable to grab
Repeat sequence on other side
5) Straddle position on knees
Small rocking motion front to back
6) Straddle position on feet
Legs straight
Inside of the feet to the ground
Place hands on elevated surface if needed
