Gymnastics Swing (Box Drill 2)
1)Feet on box. Hollow position to start
2)Fluid swing. Long body
3)Head neutral
4)Focus on creating 3 positions:
1)Hollow: initiating position
2)Arch: generation of power
3)Kick: utilization of power
5)Shoulders initiate swing...not hips
6)Multiple reps. Then return to box
7)Small Swing. NOT AGGRESSIVE
