1)Elbows locked out.  Fingers to the side or facing back
2)Hips to floor, then pushing as high towards ceiling as possible
3)Extend one leg as far as possible (straight knee and pointed toe)
4)Head either neutral or looking down at pointed foot
5)Repeat on other leg
