1)Hands far enough away from wall to create about 45 degree body angle
2)Hollow body to start
3)Hands shoulder width
4)Fingers facing forward
5)Head neutral
6)Feet drag down wall until hips at 90 degrees
7)Work towards fully stacked position from hips to hands.
