Press Compression 
(Ball)

1) Elbows locked
2) Hands shoulder width apart
3) Compress body as much as 
possible.  Hips stacked over 
shoulders over hands.
4) Head neutral
5) Do not let shoulders drift forward 
in front of hands.
6) If hamstrings are tight, you can
 bend knees to assist with
 compression.
