Press Drags and Jumps (Forward and Back)

1)Elbows locked throughout
2)Keep hips high and feet low to ground (no arching)
3)Press off ground lifting feet of the ground with control. If not possible, use small jump to get feet off ground
4)Main objective will be compression. Work to finish with feet close to  hands on forward action and start with hands/feet close onback  action
