Jump Press (Straddle)

1)Controlled jump.  Ok to stay just short of vertical
2)Hollow body position (no arch)
3)Elbows locked throughout
4)Hips on top of shoulders.  Shoulders on top of hands...stacked position
5)Straddle until hips stacked.  Then bring legs together.  
6)Stay compressed.  No heel drive
