No Jump Snatch

1. Set feet with ideal receiving 
    position

2. Ideal should be shoulder width or 
    slightly wider, with feet at a slight 
    turn out

3. Extend full, but do not jump or 
    reposition feet during the lift

4. Hips, knees, and ankles should 
    still fully extend

5. Aggressively pull under the 
    barbell
