PEZ Split Jerk with Pause in Dip
1. Find PEZ set up
-stack body, elbows up
-head straight(NO tuck)
2. Slow and short w/dip, maintain stack/head/eyes
3. Pause in dip
4. Stand w/chin lift(complete when bar clears chin) UP into "jump and split"
5. Head/eyes back to neutral as elbows lock
