1. Find PEZ set up
-stack body, elbows up and inside hands
-head relaxed, eyes straight
2. AS chin lifts, press w/up elbow pressure
3. Completion of chin lift(see ceiling) happens as bar clears chin
4. Return head/eyes to set up(not forward/down) as fingers wrap
