PEZ Strict Press with Pause

1. Find PEZ set up
-stack body, elbows up and inside hands
-head relaxed, eyes straight
2. Lift chin completely(PEZ, NO tuck,) see ceiling directly above, pause
3. Press w/up elbow pressure
4. After bar clears chin, return head/eyes to set up(not forward/down)
