Snatch Set-Up View
1. Hips and Knees nearly in line 
2. Weight is in the mid foot. Feet 
   hip width and slight turn out 
3. Shoulders over the barbell or 
   slightly in front 
4. Elbows roll forward (internal 
   rotation)
5. Wrists are slightly flexed, 
   knuckles down
6. Eyes and chin focus forward. 
7. Back is flat and rigid
