Partner Maltese Push Ups

1) Spotter holds athletes feet at height so body is horizontal
2) Athlete lowers through maltese push up, leaning shoulders as far forward as possible while maintaining position
3) Body straight/hollow throughout
4) Elbows locked in plank.  Hands externally rotated
5) Keeps hands close to body through push up action
